Why this site exists

Large home-service platforms cover hundreds of trades across broad geographies. A pool problem often benefits from more specific questions. A pump that has lost prime, a heater that shuts off, a green pool, and a resurfacing project may need different kinds of professionals.

Our questionnaire starts with symptoms, then asks about timing and location. It gathers contact details at the end. The goal is a useful request that can be considered for one relevant initial local match when one is available. Availability is not guaranteed.

What we do and what we do not do

TriValleyPoolPros is a referral and matching service. It does not inspect pools, repair equipment, clean water, build pools, or perform construction. Any provider you connect with is an independent business. That provider is responsible for discussing qualifications, scope, scheduling, pricing, and the work itself with you.

We do not claim a network size, review history, or provider screening process that has not been established. As the service develops, we intend to document any real selection criteria before making claims about them.

Our service area

The initial focus is five nearby communities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Local focus is useful because a request should reflect where service is needed, not just a broad national category. If we cannot identify a suitable provider for a request, we will not claim that a match has already been made.
