Information you provide
When you submit a pool request, we collect the service category, issue details, timing, pool usability, ZIP code, city, first and last name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, authorization confirmation, any optional notes, and any photos or videos you choose to attach. The form also records the page where the request began and any campaign parameters attached to your visit. We do not ask for a full street address in the initial request.
How a request is used
TriValleyPoolPros uses your request to identify the type of pool service you need and consider an appropriate independent local service provider. The information you submit may be shared with one relevant provider initially, when one is available, so that provider can respond. Provider availability is not guaranteed. We do not use the request model to sell or share your details for unrelated advertising.
Contact preferences
If you choose phone call, text message, or email as your preferred contact method, that preference is included with your request so a provider can respond in the way you selected. Choosing text message does not create a subscription to marketing texts from TriValleyPoolPros. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to any text messages you exchange with a provider.
Website analytics
The site is prepared to record basic events such as form starts, service selections, and submissions if analytics is configured. Analytics identifiers are not included by default. The site does not require analytics cookies to use the request form. This section will be updated if analytics or advertising tracking is enabled.
Storage and delivery
After server validation, requests are saved in a private Google Sheet and attached files are saved in a Google Drive folder. The lead row contains links to its files. We send a notification email to our contact address. If storage is not configured or fails, the form shows an error rather than claiming a request was received. Request records and files may be retained as needed to route, audit, and respond to submitted requests.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a request. Only submit information you are comfortable sharing with an independent provider for follow-up. To ask about your information, contact trivalleypoolpros@gmail.com.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the site adds new contact options, analytics, advertising, or a new lead routing system.
